XNA based C# .NET solutions for game development in Bangkok Thailand.  Our current technology use includes Visual Studio 2008, Subversion, and some google based collaboration tools.
In addition, we do enterprise application development, primarily in C++ and Java.  For some collaboration projects we use QT and WPF.  We may use WPF and Silverlight for our game development soon, as XNA and Silverlight can be used for game development on the WP7 device.
Bangkok Thailand does not yet have import of our primary game development platform (XBOX360 and XBLA) but we can still target XB360 via, XBLIG, and of course we can always develop our games for PC (Windows). Our game development and design teams focus on AAA quality games (as much as a small indie studio in Bangkok Thailand could be AAA) and as such leverage cutting edge techniques in our game development, including shader techniques using HLSL to program GPU's to render next-gen 3d effects using programmable pipelines.  We wish to develop the game technologies of tomorrow, including a focus on multicore visualizations and GPGPU development.
We program: game development in Thailand, but focus on export of games abroad to the international gamer communities in Western Europe and North America.  Our focus is currently on "Core Gamers" but we also are interested in capturing the "Casual Gamer" market via social games (such as on Natal or Windows Phone 7)
Novaleaf Game Studios is a founder of IGDA Bangkok, and is very interested in improving the Game Development communities in Bangkok and Thailand as a whole. To this end, we look to hire Thailand's best game developers, but also look at hiring internationally, expatriate workers for the jobs we have (please see Novaleaf's jobs page for details of what positions we are hiring for, mostly game developer but others too). Our current game development workforce team (at our Surawong, Bangkok Thailand primary office) is comprised of a team of both local and foreigners.
We use SCRUM as our primary game development methodology, but during the R&D (game development prototyping) phases we also use more traditional waterfall game development methodologies.
